It's been a while since I've made a good old-fashioned web template like this. Most of the graphics here are just a result of me messing around with the built-in brushes in Photoshop. I liked the result, and decided to make it into a full template.

Anyway, this design is really easy to edit, and should work properly with any html editor you want to use. I make no gurantees about browser compatability, but you probably will not have any troubles.

NOTE: To edit the title text in the PSD, you have to change both text layers.
